On Sunday April 21st 2024 the Mattituck Fire Department hosted an Open House. The open house was conducted at Mattituck Fire Department Headquarters located at 1000 Pike Street. Members of the Ladies Auxiliary, Explorer Program and Firefighters were on hand to answer any questions. Fire and EMS equipment was on display for the community to see. A live demonstration was Orchestrated by the members of Mattituck Fire Department of a vehicle extrication.
