PORT JERVIS, NY -- At the April 2024 monthly meeting of Howard Wheat Engine Company, 53-year member Raymond Finch was presented with a Port Jervis Fire Department T-shirt and his 50-year badge.
Finch is one of many Howard Wheat Engine Company No. 4 lifelong volunteer firefighters, and among many in the department who continue to serve their community decade-after-decade.
