Hackettstown Honors Scott Armstrong for 43 Years with DPW




The Hackettstown Fire Department joined town officials, coworkers, and family members on January 15 to recognize Scott Armstrong during a surprise retirement lunch honoring his 43 years of service with the Hackettstown Department of Public Works.
As the town praised Armstrong for more than 40 years of commitment and diligence, he was surrounded by longtime coworkers, other municipal employees, and members of the Hackettstown Police Department. Councilman Kunz and Mayor Jerry DiMaio of Hackettstown were also present to express gratitude. Armstrong contributed significantly to town operations and the upkeep of vital public services for the Hackettstown community during his tenure. The Hackettstown Fire Department acknowledges Scott Armstrong for his 43 years of service to the community and congratulates him on his retirement.
