Hampton, NH — 5th January — Operating out of 140 Winnacunnet Road in Hampton, New Hampshire, Hampton Fire/Rescue responded to a car accident on southbound Interstate 95. Fire departments were sent to evaluate the situation, treat patients as needed, and assist with general event management along the route.

As the situation developed, Box 7 for manpower was sent out to remind off-duty workers to return to their posts. In order to maintain sufficient personnel levels and guarantee ongoing community coverage while crews worked on the road, the recall was issued. To control traffic and ensure scene safety, emergency personnel collaborated with other responding authorities. It was recommended that drivers exercise caution when passing through the region. When there are significant traffic situations that call for more resources, the reaction follows regular operating procedures.
