Dec. 30, 2025 — The Readsboro Fire Department responded to a public assist call early Tuesday morning.
At 12:42 a.m., unit 92-U1 was dispatched to assist a member of the community. The call was handled without incident, and the unit returned to service after completing the assignment.
Public assist calls are a routine part of the department’s service, reflecting its commitment to supporting residents beyond emergency response.
