On January 1, a Waltham MA DPW worker was scared to death when his snow plow started to fall through
the Newton Street Railroad bridge and almost fell 30 feet to the tracks.
Waltham Engine 3 and Rescue 6 responded. Firefighters secured the vehicle and monitored the scene while a pay loader lifted the plow up and over a curb.
