Family, friends and members of local fire departments said their final goodbyes to Life Member of the New Baltimore Fire Department, Fred Ingraham, who passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
Ingraham was a member of the American Legion and VFW after serving during the Vietnam War, earning the Gold Star Medal.
He also served countless hours with the Cornell Hook and Ladder Fire Company (New Baltimore FD) where he held the titles of Assistant Chief, Vice President, Commissioner and Fire Police Lieutenant.
“His smile and laugh were contagious. He will be greatly missed by all,” read a post on the Cornell Hook and Ladder Fire Company Facebook page. “Rest in peace our dear friend. We hope you’re enjoying an ice-cold Diet Pepsi as you watch over us.”
