Photo by RON JEFFERSA ladder pipe operation was utilized by North Hudson Ladder Co. 5 during a 3-alarm dwelling fire on the 7500 block of Boulevard east, North Bergen, January 14th. The top floor of the building was fully involved, and threatening exposures, upon arrival of first due units. Fresh snow, ice and a temperature in the 20's was also a factor. Ladder 5 is a 2024 Ferrara 102-foot rear-mount aerial ladder.
