Little Falls, N.Y. — October 7, 2026 — The Little Falls Cheese Festival had dedicated fire and EMS standby coverage from members of the City of Little Little Falls Falls Firefighter Union Firefighter Union Local 2966. Extra staff were assigned to manage the increased demand for emergency services.
The union claimed that extra staff were added to the duty roster to guarantee sufficient event coverage, while the department maintained the ability to manage emergencies elsewhere in the city.
The festival brought together cheesemakers, food vendors, and visitors on Main Street for a day of food, entertainment, and community activities. The event featured more than 120 cheese varieties, local products, and live music. The event began at 10 a.m. until five p.m. There is no text to paraphrase beyond the date. If you provide a full sentence or passage, I will be happy to rephrase it for you.
