The 21st Annual Connecticut Fire Memorial Service was held on Sunday, September 24th. Due to the rain, it was primarily indoors at the Connecticut Fire Academy before proceeding outdoors for the laying of wreaths on the Connecticut Fallen Firefighter Memorial. Firefighters honored included: Matthias Wirtz, North Haven Fire Department LODD 2022; Cameron Kemp, Ansonia Fire Department LODD 1945; and Frank King, Goshen Fire Department LODD 1945.
