Fairview has replaced an engine and a rescue truck with this 2025 Spartan Metro-Star 1500-gpm/500-gwt rescue-pumper. It has a ELFD model 10-inch raised roof cab possessing eight seats. The pump panel is located behind a compartment door, featuring LED gauges. There are two cross-lay beds and a high rise pack located above the cross-lays. There is a front intake, rear intake and one rear outlet. A booster reel is located at the rear. Additional features include a light tower, scene lights, hydraulic ladder rack, Blitz-Fire monitor mounted at the rear and three cameras. It carries extrication tools and 1000-feet of 5-inch LDH. The apparatus has a 175-inch wheelbase for narrow streets and a small apparatus bay. It was sold by Campbell Supply Co. Squad 1 replaced a 2002 American LaFrance/RD Murray 1500-gpm pumper and a 1982 GMC/Saulsbury rescue truck.
