Bowdoinham Fire/Rescue Conducts Hydrant Training

Bowdoinham, ME— August 18: As part of the department's continuous emergency call preparedness, Bowdoinham Fire/Rescue personnel spent Tuesday nite completing hydrant training.

Working with fire hydrants and the water delivery procedures that are crucial during structure fires were the main topics of the practical training.

The department expressed gratitude to its members for continuing to complete the training hours required to keep their abilities and preparedness up to date.

With a full-time fire chief, Bowdoinham Fire/Rescue is a volunteer organization that offers the town fire and emergency medical services. The department may be found at 57 Post Road.
