Burlington, N.J. — July 22 — At a Board of Fire Commissioners meeting, the Burlington Township Fire Department welcomed Zachary MacBride as its newest career fireman. After taking the Oath of Office, MacBride started working for the department. With this appointment, the department's personnel and emergency response operations now have an additional career fireman. The Burlington Township Fire Department offers the community emergency response, fire safety, and related services.

Additionally, the department encourages its employes to continue their training and preparation. MacBride's career with the department began with his appointment, and he will work with other firemen to respond to emergencies in Burlington Township and the neighboring areas.
