Emerson Fire Department to Host 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

On Friday, September 11, 2026, at 6 p.m., the Emerson Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 will hold a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at the firehouse, which is situated at 120 Thomas Avenue.
The event will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks and pay tribute to the firefighters, emergency responders, and others who served both during and after the attacks.
Community members are welcome to join the department in recognizing the victims and those who responded to the call on September 11, 2001, by attending the memory event.
