Nashua, NH - The Nashua Fire Rescue highlights Fire Alarm Operator Jason Gagne as part of its firefighter profile series.

A lifelong Nashua resident, Jason developed an early interest in fire and EMS after witnessing a rescue by local firefighters, later joining the Hudson Fire Explorer Post to begin his journey in emergency services. He went on to serve as a Firefighter and EMT, studying Fire Science and advancing through roles including Lieutenant, Training Officer, and EMS Instructor across New Hampshire and Vermont.

Jason also built an extensive career in emergency communications, working with NH 911 and multiple regional centers, where he contributed to training, system modernization, and operational improvements. He joined Nashua Fire Alarm in 2026, returning to his hometown with over two decades of experience in public safety.
