On August 4, Farmington Fire & Rescue joined citizens and community partners for National Nite Out, which brought local groups and families together for an evening of activities and community building.

The Recreation Department, Goodwin Library, PIP Rental, Scouts, Strafford County Public Health, local companies, sponsors, and volunteers who assisted with the event's planning were all praised by the department.

One of the highlights of the evening was the egg drop, while families enjoyed food, activities, and time with neighborhood organizations. Residents and first responders had a chance to interact outside of emergency calls thanks to the event.
