On July 15, Hampton Fire/Rescue personnel participated in the yearly Strawberry Festival in collaboration with the Hampton Recreation & Parks Department to honor the town's senior citizens.

In addition to participating in the yearly event, which has become a regular tradition for the department, firefighters spent the afternoon interacting with people of the community. The event gave firemen a chance to interact with locals outside of emergency situations.

The department also expressed gratitude to everyone who made the yearly celebration possible, including the Victoria Inn and Wedding Pavilion for hosting the event.
