On August 4, the Lyme Fire Company completed routine vehicle checks, pack inspections, and station maintenance at their monthly work nite at the Hamburg Station.
In order to get ready for new cabinets, members also worked on the station's main kitchen. The kitchen, which members use for the yearly Steak Dinner and Breakfast with Santa events, will be supported by the cabinets, which are being funded by the fire department.
In front of its yearly Steak Dinner fundraiser, which is set for October 17, 2026, the department is getting the kitchen ready.
