Ledyard, CT. — July 18 — Cadet Libardi, who finished Class 58 of the Connecticut Fire Academy's Introduction to the Fire Service program, had his graduation ceremony attended by Chief Mann and Captain Coxon of Ledyard Fire Company, Fairway Dr. Thru classroom education, physical fitness, teamwork, leadership development, and practical training, the course exposed cadets to the principles of firefighting.

In order to develop fundamental emergency response skills and get them ready for future service, students also took part in hands-on activities. Cadet Libardi's graduation was a significant milestone in his career and demonstrated the department's ongoing commitment to educating and training the upcoming generation of firefighters.
