Conway Fire Department Marked Independence Day

Conway, N.H. — July 4 — In honor of Independence Day, the Conway Fire Department, located at 97 Main St., Conway participated in neighborhood festivities and promoted fire safety. Firefighters participated in local festivities across the town, and fire apparatuses displayed patriotic decorations. During outdoor events, the agency advised locals and guests to keep water or fire extinguishers close by, supervise grills and campfires, and use pyrotechnics safely.


During the holiday weekend, fire departments in New Hampshire often get ready for an uptick in emergency calls. In addition to urging everyone to enjoy the Fourth of July in a responsible and safe manner, the department's message reaffirmed its dedication to community protection.
