On July 28, Brentwood Fire & Rescue personnel participated in a regional water supply operations training exercise alongside the Epping Fire Department and Fremont Fire Rescue.

Coordinated water supply operations, uniform communication, and familiarization with each department's tools and equipment were the main objectives of the drill. In order to ensure effective operations during mutual aid situations, firefighters exercised teamwork, especially in locations where staffing resources are shared.
