Photo by RON JEFFERSOn July 27th, East Rutherford Truck Co. 1 placed their new Sutphen Monarch SPH-100 model platform into service. It has a 2000-gpm pump and 300-gallon water tank. The raised roof cab has eight seats. There are cameras on all four sides of the apparatus. Ground ladders are stored in a torque box compartment, and there is an additional compartment for a stokes basket and pike poles under the torque box. There are two cross lay hose beds, scene lighting, swing out tool board and two monitors in the bucket.
