St. James Firefighters Provide Standby at Anniversary Fireworks

During the Nissequogue Golf Club's 60th Anniversary Fireworks Celebration on July 20, members of the St. James Volunteer Fire Department assisted the Nissequogue Fire Department in providing standby fire protection.
Throughout the event, firefighters were on standby to help assure attendees' safety throughout the fireworks display and to offer emergency coverage. The assignment demonstrated the ongoing collaboration between nearby fire units to support local events.
