On July 14, members of the St. James Volunteer Fire Department strengthened critical fireground abilities by taking part in a hose handling training session.

During training, firefighters with varying levels of experience practiced hose deployment, handling skills, and coordinated operations while exchanging knowledge and strengthening collaboration. In order to prepare for emergency reactions, the practical exercise gave both new and seasoned members the chance to collaborate.
