Wellsville, NY - The Wellsville NY Vol. Fire Department participated in a community outreach event during Kids Day at the Allegany County Fair, helping promote fire safety and prevention.

Firefighters utilized “Pluggie,” a robotic fire hydrant, to engage children in interactive learning, making fire safety education both fun and memorable. The program supports ongoing efforts to educate the public at schools and community events.

The department also acknowledged the support of the Allegany County Fire Service Office for the opportunity to take part in the event and contribute to community outreach initiatives.
