Rutland City, VT - Members of the City of Rutland Fire Department conducted extensive training at the Vermont State Firefighters' Association Cadet Academy, focusing on developing the next generation of firefighters.

Firefighters Ames, Bourn, Charlton, Davis, and Shattuck delivered hands-on instruction, mentoring, and practical skill development, providing over one hundred hours of training to cadets.
