On June 24, the Chews Landing Fire Department honored Hi-Nella Assistant Chief Mike Ali with a flag arch ceremony.
Together with other emergency personnel, Chief 82 and Tower Ladder 82 participated in the homage to honor Assistant Chief Ali's commitment to the fire service. Firefighters and other public safety officers have long been honored with flag arch ceremonies.
During their time of grief, the department sent its condolences to the family of Assistant Chief Ali and the Hi-Nella Fire Department personnel.
