Firefighter/EMT Dani Carter was acknowledged by the West Forks Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department on June 28 for passing the Firefighter I and Firefighter II Pro Board exams.
Carter became the newest certified fireman in the department after obtaining the credentials. The achievement came after completing the lengthy classroom training, practical skills assessments, and hands-on training necessary for national Firefighter I and II certification.
