Upper St. Clair, PA. — June 3 — Chris Cerci, a member of the Upper St. Clair Volunteer Fire Department, was honored after being promoted to Deputy Chief of the Swissvale Fire Department. Additionally, Cerci and his team were commended for saving a woman from a Braddock Hills home fire.

Their training, cooperation, and dedication to public safety amid a difficult emergency were all acknowledged.
