Bethel Park Volunteers Respond to 449 Calls Through Midyear

During the first half of 2026, members of the Bethel Park Volunteer Fire Company responded to 449 calls for assistance, indicating a notable rise in emergency activity when compared to the same time last year.


By 1 p.m. on the day the update was made public, officials reported that the department had already responded to eight calls, for a total of 449 responses so far this year. By the same time in 2025, 342 calls had been answered by the department. Officials anticipate that the department will surpass the 634 calls made in 2025 if current trends continue.
