Bernardston, MA. — June 5 — After 30 years of service, Captain Whitney's retirement was acknowledged by the Bernardston Fire Department. Whitney supported community protection initiatives, department training, and emergency response operations over his thirty years of service. Firefighters were guided through a variety of incidents and training exercises by his leadership and experience.
