We ordered our Engine on June 28, 2022. Finally, after 3 years, the Limerick Fire Dept took delivery of the new Engine 51 (aka “Casper”)! It arrived officially on June 9, and we are excited!
It is a 2025 E-One Cyclone Pumper. It has a 1500 GPM Hale Qmax pump with 780 gallons of water, 1200’ of 5” supply line, 600’ of 2.5”, and 900’ of 1.75” attack line.
Driver training and familiarization will start within the week for our members. We hope to have it in service ASAP! Keep a lookout for it driving around the township!
