Country Hills Fire Company Responds to 38 Calls in May

According to department statistics issued at the end of May, Country Hills Volunteer Fire Company members responded to 38 emergency calls.


Four fire events, nine hazardous situations, twelve public service calls, two rescue or EMS incidents, and eleven good intent calls were among the replies, according to officials. The department expressed gratitude to its personnel for their unwavering devotion to community service.


Additionally, the department honored its May top responders. With 31 calls, Chief Patrick Doherty topped the department, followed by Probationary Firefighter Shaun McMorrow with 28 and Firefighter Conner Price with 30. With 24 and 23 calls, respectively, firefighters Monica Young and Steven Cornella Sr. completed the top five.
