Oakdale, PA - Eighteen local firefighters from four companies, including six from Oakdale Hose Company, dedicated their day to an intensive Water Rescue Operations course.

The training began with a classroom session at Company 215, followed by a swimming evaluation at Chartiers Valley School District. Crews will continue their hands-on training with practical evolutions at McConnell’s Mill State Park.
