Unionville VFC Recognized EMS Week and First Responders

BUTLER, PA. — May 19th — The UVFC honored emergency medical workers and expressed gratitude to first responders for their community contribution during EMS Week. To emphasize the critical role emergency medical services play in providing prehospital treatment and responding to medical emergencies, EMS Week is commemorated nationwide. The strong collaboration between EMS personnel, firefighters, law enforcement officials, and other public safety professionals is also acknowledged by the observance.


The Unionville Volunteer Fire Company, situated at 102 Mahood Road in Butler, recognized the commitment, professionalism, and hard work displayed by emergency personnel all year long. Effective disaster response and public safety are made possible by robust agency collaboration, according to department officials. The department expressed gratitude to EMS, fire, and police officers for their ongoing efforts to serve and safeguard communities on a daily basis.
