Eagle Scout Honor Earned by West Sunbury VFD Member

WEST SUNBURY, PA. — April 30th — Steven was honored by the West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department for becoming an Eagle Scout, the pinnacle in Scouting. The award is a testament to years of dedication, leadership, community involvement, and hard work. Merit badges, leadership duties, and a community service project are just a few of the many requirements that Eagle Scouts must fulfill. The fire department values the teamwork, responsibility, and readiness that Scouting fosters.


Members of the department complimented Steven's commitment to community service and Scouting and congratulated him on reaching this milestone. The department is pleased to have him on staff and anticipates his ongoing contributions to West Sunbury VFD and the community it serves, according to officials.
