Munhall, PA - Members of the Munhall Central Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company welcomed local 3rd grade students as part of their annual Government Day activities.

Student representatives toured the borough building before visiting the fire station, where firefighters conducted an interactive demonstration explaining the fire triangle and the basics of fire behavior.

Following the visit, students were transported back to school in fire, EMS, and police vehicles. Once there, the remainder of the class had the opportunity to explore the apparatus up close, giving all students a firsthand look at the equipment used to serve their community.

The event provided a fun and educational experience, helping students better understand the role of local emergency services.
