Nashua, NH - Nashua Fire Rescue recruits participated in specialized, hands-on training alongside the Fire Marshal’s Office and Fire Alarm Division, focusing on key fire protection and life safety systems.

The session provided practical exposure to fire alarm and sprinkler systems, helping recruits better understand how these critical components function to safeguard the community.

Training also included instruction on commercial kitchen hood suppression systems and ventilation strategies, both essential in preventing and controlling fires in high-risk occupancies.

A local business partnership allowed recruits to train in a real-world environment, while experienced fire protection technicians shared their knowledge and field expertise, strengthening the learning experience for the next generation of firefighters.
