ANGOLA, NY — April 22nd — Norman Tolsma, a Life Member, passed away, according to the Angola Volunteer Fire Department.

Tolsma held several leadership positions within the department, including President of the Benevolent Association, Chief of Department, and Fire Police Captain. He supported both operational and administrative activities over the years, helping to shape the organization's growth and direction.
