BRIDGEPORT, CT — April 9th — Bridgeport Fire Department members joined community partners at the Wakeman Boys & Girls Club First Responders Breakfast to honor area emergency personnel.

The training, which emphasized the importance of first responders in day-to-day operations, included Chief Edwards and department personnel. These kinds of community gatherings give departments a chance to interact with locals and affiliated organizations outside of emergency response.

In recognition of Firefighter Terrence Cramer's service and relationship to the department, organizers also set up a memorial table.
