On April 22, an EMT class from SAATraining participated in vehicle extrication training with Rescue 12 and members of the Citizens' Engine Company No. 2.
Crews practiced practical situations centered on coordinated extrication tactics, patient access, and equipment use. These kinds of training exercises aid in strengthening communication between firefighters and emergency medical services during situations where inhabitants are trapped.
