Topics included cancer awareness and what is necessary to reduce the risk of cancer. It was noted that some 85% of cancer causing carcinogens can be removed after a fire by scrubbing gear with soap and water. Here, Jersey City members clean their faces with wipes provided by the Gong Club canteen after they battled a 3-alarm fire that involved several Manhattan Avenue buildings on April 14th.
