WESTMINSTER, VT, April 10th — Before it is put into operation, Westminster Fire & Rescue provided a sneak peek at a new piece of equipment that is being added to its fleet. Images showcasing the outside and general layout were released by the department, and more information is anticipated in the upcoming weeks. Acquiring new equipment is essential to preserving efficient response capabilities, especially in rural areas where departments deal with a variety of fire, rescue, and emergency medical services calls.


Upgraded safety measures, better lighting, and improved tool and medical equipment storage are common features of modern units. The additional expansion is anticipated to enhance overall preparedness and support day-to-day operations once it is finished.
