March 12, 2026 — Panama City Beach Fire Rescue proudly recognized firefighter Jan Syriste for successfully completing Firefighter Minimum Standards as part of Class #67. The graduation ceremony, held at Gulf Coast State College, marks a significant milestone in Syriste’s career as he joins the ranks of certified firefighters ready to serve the community. Department members attended the event in support, highlighting the strong camaraderie and commitment within the organization.
