March 9, 2026 — The North Bennington Fire Department held its March monthly meeting along with its annual meeting, where members elected officers for the 2025–2026 term. Edward Myers Jr. was elected Chief, with Andy Myers serving as 1st Assistant Chief and Matthew Smith as 2nd Assistant Chief. Jeanna Brown was elected President, Bradley Myers as Treasurer, Mary Hurley as Secretary, and Shawn Hollis as Assistant Secretary. Department officials extended congratulations to all elected officers as they prepare to lead and support the organization in the coming year.
