Competitive pay rates are being offered based on certification level and experience, with Basic EMTs, Advanced EMTs, and Paramedics all eligible for varying hourly wages. Additionally, paramedics may qualify for a $15,000 sign-on bonus, further highlighting the department’s effort to attract experienced personnel.
