On March 13th, members of the Junius Volunteer Fire Department conducted an ice rescue training simulation at Martin's Ice Skating Rink. Firefighters trained safely retrieving a person from the ice with ropes and coordinated team actions. The training emphasized communication, correct rope handling, and collaboration while working in cold weather conditions.
