Elmsford, NY — February 22nd — The Elmsford Fire Department has announced the death of former Chief Ray McPartlan, a longstanding member who served the municipality for many years. Throughout his career, Chief McPartlan was dedicated to the fire service and committed to defending the Elmsford neighborhood, according to department members.
