Orange/Winona Lake FD responded to reported structure fire on Stirrup Drive on April 20th. Town/Newburgh Police responded also. Firefighters arrived
found small tree outside garage area on fire. Resident had battery on charge-started smoking he tossed it outside and tree caught on fire. Firefighters
used hand line to put fire out. Deputy Orange County Fire Coordinator 36-13 was at scene. Units returned to service after incident.
