Argyle, NY — March 1st —  Members of the J.A. Barkley Hose Company No. 1 received CPR training from Paramedic Stephanie Barker and EMT Seth Burch of the Argyle Emergency Squad. During the class, firefighters studied CPR techniques and exercised hands-on skills to ensure their certification and preparation for medical situations. Every two years, department personnel update their CPR certifications to ensure that they are ready to give urgent life-saving care while responding to emergencies.
